Thomas Wolfe
About
Thomas Wolfe joined Athlaw LLP as a law clerk in May 2023 and became an associate attorney in October 2025 after passing the California bar.
At Athlaw, Thomas focuses on NFL Concussion Settlement matters and NFL CBA benefits, helping former players navigate complex entitlement and claims processes with prompt, clear communication. He prides himself on responding quickly to client inquiries and on meeting each person with curiosity and positivity.
Prior to joining Athlaw, Thomas served as President of the Sports Law Society while at USC Gould and lived in the Dominican Republic while working for Kansas City Royals at their Dominican Academy, which gave him practical insight into the challenges athletes face. He speaks Spanish and has traveled to 33 countries across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, experiences that inform how he connects with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside the office, Thomas volunteers as a reading tutor at the Los Angeles Public Library and previously supervised an out-of-school program for underserved youth at the Clyde Malone Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. He enjoys fantasy baseball, singing, playing basketball (by his own admission, not very well), taking advantage of the Los Angeles climate, and spending time with his fiancée.
