Jhordan Fedida
About
Jhordan Fedida joined the Athlaw team six years ago, kicking off Athlaw’s law clerkship program as the very first law clerk.
As a full-time attorney at Athlaw, Jhordan has established herself as a respected practitioner in a very niche part of the law: NFL Benefits and the NFL Concussion Settlement, with expertise in collective bargaining benefits. Her work has yielded meaningful results, securing over $10 million in settlements and benefits while staying deeply committed to understanding and meeting her client’s needs. Jhordan brings both precision and genuine care to her work, knowing these outcomes directly affect her clients’ daily lives and their careers. She works relentlessly to help them secure both the medical care and financial compensation they’ve earned from their demanding athletic careers.
Prior to her work at Athlaw, Jhordan’s background was in real estate, for which she has been a licensed real estate agent in California since 2016. In recognition of her experience in real estate, Jhordan was a named scholar during her time at the University of Southern California (USC)’s Gould School of Law, receiving the prestigious Philip R. Nicholson Memorial Scholarship for Real Estate Excellence. Her journey to law began in college while interning at a property management firm. Her mentor there – an attorney who transitioned into real estate – showed her how valuable legal knowledge could be in any field. Jhordan is a proud, first-generation college attendee and was very involved during her time at USC’s Gould School of Law, serving as President of the Entertainment Law Society, Vice President of the Real Estate Society, as well as representing the law school for the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She was also a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program.
When she’s not spending time with her new baby, you’ll find Jhordan pursuing her passion for sports and fitness – whether at the gym, on her yoga mat, or hitting the hiking trails with her family.
